In addition broad beans are rich in protein and vegetable fibre, broad beans are a good source of Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Copper and Selenium. They contain vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamine) and vitamin B9 (folic acid). They also contain Levodopa.
